Addiction never sleeps. To ensure we’re there when our patients need us, we are one of the first rehab centers in the nation to offer evening and weekend admissions hours.
Hours:
Monday through Friday | 7 am – 9 pm
Saturday & Sunday | 8 am – 4:30 pm
Applying for Sliding Fee Scale (Discounted Payment Program)
The Sliding Fee Discount Program is our way of offering medical services at a lower cost to families who meet certain requirements. Eligibility is based on family size and gross income. Patients pay for services according to where they fall on the scale.

Admissions Process
- Call 410-233-0684 or complete our online form to request an appointment. Be sure to bring your picture ID and social security card to your appointment.
- At the appointment, an intake specialist will conduct an assessment to determine which Tuerk House services (if any) are appropriate for you/your loved one.
- If you/your loved one qualifies for service, your admission date will be scheduled.
- Depending on availability, it may be possible to offer same-day admissions for qualified patients.
Making a Referral
(For Health Care/Social Services Professionals)
To initiate a referral for your client, please complete our online form and an intake specialist will contact you within 24 hours. Bed availability changes daily and we will work with you to get your client the care they need as quickly as possible. Explore our services to see all the ways we can help your referrals.

Insurance/Financial Assistance
We accept most major insurance plans. However, Tuerk House is committed to helping all people who are struggling with addiction, regardless of their ability to pay.

Transportation
Tuerk House is only one part of a patient’s recovery system. To help our patients get the complete services they need, we provide transportation to medical appointments and next-level-of-care providers, court dates, housing interviews and more.
