Congratulations to our CEO, Bernard Gyebi-Foster, who has been named one of The Daily Record’s Most Admired CEOs for 2023! The Most Admired CEOs program honors talented business CEOs, higher education leaders, and nonprofit executive directors throughout Maryland whose leadership and vision are admired by those around them. A panel of judges selects these winners based on professional accomplishments, community service, and the letters of reference submitted by co-workers, board members, and community leaders showing the CEOs’ leadership and vision. Bernard is the first CEO in Tuerk House history, and under his leadership, we have taken great strides to modernize and expand our facilities, while broadening our focus to provide urgent care and behavioral health care in addition to substance use treatment.
