On Monday, December 18, Tuerk House announced new plans to develop a second residential treatment facility in Baltimore City that will offer in-patient treatment for pregnant mothers and adolescents with substance use disorder. The new facility, named Tuerk House at Exeter, will also offer outpatient mental health treatment and a crisis stabilization center for residents of the surrounding community, furthering Tuerk House’s vision to provide help and hope for enduring recovery to more people in Baltimore struggling with drug and alcohol addiction. The Baltimore Sun and the Baltimore Business Journal both reported on these new plans.
